Can I sell a bag and also sell from an open bag?
Yes. Stock is kept in kilos: selling a 50 kg bag takes 50 kg, selling 7.5 kg loose takes 7.5 kg, and the bag and kilo prices are set separately.
How do expiry dates work?
Enter the expiry date when you receive stock. Sales take the batch that expires first, expired stock cannot be sold, and Reports > Expiry lists what is about to expire.
Do stockists get their own prices?
Yes. Put the customer on a price list (Stockist, Wholesale) and their prices apply automatically at the till and on orders.
How much does it cost?
